2. General Eligibility

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to book and receive services.

  2. Clients must disclose all medical conditions, medications, and relevant skin conditions during the the first visit.

  3. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that the treatment may pose a risk to your health or if the conditions are unsuitable for safe laser tattoo removal.
     

3. Booking and Payments

  1. Booking Process:

    • Appointments can be scheduled online, via WhatsApp, Webchat, Facebook, Email or the online contact forms.
       

  2. Payment:

    • Payment for services is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

    • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and any specified payment platforms.

  3. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment.

    • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a charge for the missed session.
       

4. Service Conditions

  1. Location Requirements:

    • Treatments are conducted at the client’s home or a mutually agreed-upon location.

    • The treatment area must be clean, private, and have adequate space and lighting.
       

  2. Pre-Treatment:

    • Clients must follow all pre-treatment instructions provided during the consultation.

    • Avoid tanning, certain medications, and applying products to the tattooed area as instructed.
       

  3. During Treatment:

    • Protective eyewear will be provided and must be worn at all times during the procedure.

    • Any discomfort or adverse reactions during treatment should be immediately communicated to the practitioner.
       

  4. Post-Treatment:

    • Clients must follow all aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results and minimize side effects.

    • Drop the Ink is not responsible for complications arising from failure to adhere to aftercare guidelines.
       

5. Health and Safety

  1. Drop the Ink complies with all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe treatment environment.

  2. Clients must disclose any changes in health or medications prior to each session.

  3. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel treatment if any condition arises that could compromise safety or effectiveness.
     

6. Results Disclaimer

  1. Results vary based on factors such as ink type, skin type, tattoo size, and individual healing response.

  2. Complete removal may not be possible for all tattoos, and multiple sessions are typically required.

  3. We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on individual factors.
     

7. Liability

    • Adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or medications.

    • Failure to follow pre- or post-treatment care instructions.

    • Results that do not meet client expectations.
